Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Workshop

We strive to make the booking process as simple as possible so that you can focus on the learning experience. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Advance Booking Required: Bookings for workshops are required to be completed a minimum of two weeks prior to the workshop date to secure your spot.
  • Payment Confirmation: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with workshop details.
  • Custom Workshop Requests: For customised workshop requests or on-site options, please contact us directly. Our team will assist in arranging dates and customising content to best suit your needs.

Booking Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and flexibility for all participants.

  • Full Refund: Booking Cancellations made up to 14 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees that may apply.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days of the workshop date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date will not be eligible for a refund due to pre-booked facilities and materials.
  • Rescheduling Options: If you need to reschedule within the 7-day window, we can transfer your booking to a future workshop date (subject to availability) for a rescheduling fee.

Missed Workshops

If you are unable to attend your workshop without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be retained. However, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you in a future session at a discounted rate.

Workshop Changes by Us

In the rare event that we need to reschedule or cancel a workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible. You may opt for a full refund or choose to transfer your booking to a new date that works best for you.
